Fee or contract basis

Negotiated contract construction

Clients commission the build under a negotiated contract, with our site management overseeing reinforced concrete, masonry, and architectural finishes against agreed scope and schedule.

Own-account

Dedicated own-account developments

We undertake projects on our own account, carrying site preparation, structural build, and finishing through to completion for properties we develop ourselves.

The sequence

From feasibility to building signoff

01

Pre-construction feasibility

We review the site, structural requirements, and project scope to establish a realistic plan before work begins.

02

Site preparation and logistics

Ground works, access, and material logistics are arranged so the build can proceed in an orderly sequence.

03

Structural build

Reinforced concrete and masonry works are carried out in phases, each checked against the agreed schedule.

04

Finishes and signoff

Architectural finishes are completed and the building is inspected and handed over at signoff.
